Brunching at Blenheim
There's a lot of NYC restaurants that can boast that they serve farm-to-fresh ingredients. However, there's only one West Village hot spot who can boast that their ingredients came direct from their very own farm!
Blenheim, a Michelin recommended restaurant, is a cozy, rustic locale serving up American favorite plates. The owners, Morten Sohlberg and Min Ye, split their time between the restaurant and Blenheim Hill Farm in the Catskills. At the historical plantation, free roaming animals are bred and raised, and a year-round hydroponic greenhouse supplies fresh, seasonal greens for the Blenheim Restaurant. The result is a fresh and delicious meal perfect for any occasion, from family reunions to girls night out. Don't believe me? Just check out a few snapshots from my most recent brunch adventure there.
